Placing your order

Once you’ve chosen the provider and plan that works for your business, you can place your order directly through Telecom.live™. It only takes a few clicks—no in-person meetings or sales pressure.


Signing agreements

All agreements are signed electronically for convenience and security.

When you’re ready to order, your telecom agreements will be available in your Telecom.live™ account for signing.

You’ll choose who will complete the signature:

  • Myself – if you’re authorized to sign.

  • Someone else – if another person in the business will sign.

👉 If you choose Someone else, you’ll be asked to identify their relationship to your business. Telecom.live™ then sends them a secure link to review and sign.

Once completed, the signer automatically receives a copy of the agreement in their email inbox.



Deadlines and expirations

Most pricing and agreements are valid for 30 days. The exact expiration date can be found in the bottom corner of each quote or order.

💡 Tip
If your order expires before signing, you can return to Telecom.live™ and launch new quotes anytime.



What happens next

After the agreements are signed, Telecom.live™ securely transmits your order to the selected provider. From there:

  1. The provider begins processing your order.

  2. They’ll reach out directly to confirm details and coordinate installation or setup.
