When cancellations happen
Most orders complete without issue. But in some cases, a provider may cancel an order either before it’s accepted or after it has already begun processing.
Common reasons for cancellation
Providers may cancel an order if:
Additional construction is required for installation.
Your business information can’t be verified.
A site survey deems your location not serviceable.
Missing or incorrect details were entered (like suite number or address).
You already have an existing account or open order with the same provider.
What happens next
If your provider determines that installation requires additional costs, you’ll see updated details in your account under Orders. At that point, you can:
Accept the changes and move forward.
Cancel the order without termination fees.
Who to contact
Telecom.live™ keeps you updated on your order status. If an order is canceled early, you’ll see any available options—like alternative providers or services—directly in your account. If an order is further along, your provider may reach out with next steps.
